Rivaldo 117 Ginga Review

Rivaldo Ginga Review (FC Mobile)

If you enjoy using technical wingers in FC Mobile, players who feel smooth on the ball and can create space easily, Rivaldo is one of those cards that instantly stands out.

After using him properly, it’s clear that he’s built more for dribbling and creativity rather than pure pace or physical dominance. He’s the kind of player that rewards skill-based gameplay.

Player Details

Position: LW (can also play RW, ST)
Work Rate: High / Low
Stamina: 4.5★
Skill Moves: 4★

With traits like Finesse Shot, Flair, and Long Shot Taker, Rivaldo is designed to be a creative attacking threat. Skill points (Winger, Inverted Winger) help maximize his attacking output.

How He Feels In-Game

Dribbling

This is easily his best quality.

Rivaldo feels extremely smooth on the ball. Even slight joystick movements can stun defenders, making him very effective in tight spaces.

Skill moves like fake shot and lane change work really well, helping you create space consistently. If you like dribbling, he’s very satisfying to use.

Pace

His base pace is solid.

However, step-over and heel-to-heel don’t boost his speed much. Instead, roulette works much better — it gives him an instant burst and helps him beat defenders more effectively.

He’s not a pure pace abuser, but he’s quick enough for most situations.

Shooting

His shooting is decent overall.

Finesse shots are very reliable and should be your main way of scoring with him. Long shots are also usable thanks to his traits.

Power shots feel average, and his weak foot is okay but not perfect.

Positioning

His attacking movement is very good.

With High/Low work rates, he constantly looks for space and stays forward. He makes natural runs without needing manual triggers, which makes attacking easier.

Aggression / Work Rate

One thing you’ll notice is his aggression in attack.

After losing the ball, he actively tries to win it back instead of just standing still. This makes him feel more involved and useful during transitions.

Physicality

This is his biggest weakness.

Despite being 186 cm, his physical strength feels quite low. He can lose duels easily against strong defenders, especially in tight situations.

You’ll need to rely more on timing and dribbling rather than physical play.

Weakness

Low physicality despite good height
Can lose possession easily in duels
Shooting power feels average

Final Verdict

Rivaldo is a very enjoyable winger for players who prefer dribbling and creativity over raw pace.

He might not dominate physically, but his smooth gameplay, skill moves, and finesse finishing make him a strong attacking option.

If your playstyle is skill-based rather than pace-based, he’s definitely worth using.

Closing Thoughts

Rivaldo is not a typical meta winger, but that’s what makes him special.

The more you use him, the more you notice how smooth and controlled he feels on the ball.

If you enjoy creative gameplay and skill moves, he’s a great addition to your squad 🔥
